Standing Up for What’s Right at Work

I saw this {"A person who doesn't defend u while someone slanders u, is your enemy too."} in a group and I'm on the fence about it. If I do hear my favorite coworkers getting dumped on then I will say something to defend them, Why do I do this? Because they are my friends and they make my working day easier and better just by them being there. 

 I've been through a lot of BS during my 18 years there and I'm still standing. I have favorite coworkers who are not confrontational and I 100% respect that. Because I've been through so much, bullying and false rumors spread about me simply because I refuse to kiss up to anyone. I've gotten a stronger skin to deal with the BS that comes with toxic coworkers.
